About

Everyone continues to have personal life challenges, now compounded by the world pandemic. More than ever, we must address the cycles of withdrawal, rage, having to "be right," criticism, defensiveness, approval-seeking, infidelity, or low self-esteem that dominate us.

You CAN understand why you think, feel, and act as you do, what you truly want, and how to achieve it. You CAN feel good about yourself and hopeful about your future. Your relationships could thrive as you learn what you really need, and gain the self-knowledge and skills needed to effectively communicate, listen and negotiate for what you want.

Libby effectively uses video and audio sessions, often covered by insurance. She specializes in self-esteem and relationship issues and has Advanced Training in Individual and Couples Therapy. With honesty and compassion, she'll coach you to shift nonproductive ways of thinking/feeling/behaving that interfere with your self-worth, goals, and relationships.

Libby has long enjoyed being a wife, mother, therapist, and now grandmother. Her diverse background in education, health, mindfulness, and community service adds to her ability to connect with people from all backgrounds. Her passion is understanding human nature, and developing more vibrant relationships with our deeper selves and others.
