About

I am compassionate, skilled and have over thirty years experience working with people of all ages and backgrounds. I believe I have a gift for helping clients find their own solutions. I will work with you to develop goals and assist you with real, concrete ways to reach those goals. I provide pointers and guidance, but it is my expectation for you to do the necessary, hard work which will include regular homework outside of our sessions.

I utilize several cutting edge, evidence-based techniques like Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Brainspotting, Mindfulness Modalities, and Integrated Behavioral Health for medical conditions. I am successful at treating depression, anxiety disorders, trauma, stress, parenting issues, communication issues and school related difficulties.

Life is filled with stress and challenges. Managing these in healthy ways is part of leading a meaningful and productive life. Call or email me today to get started.
